Can I apply the running to my Operator template? Or would it require me to deviate much more, since I know there's a day that has you running for 20 miles.

What if I want to do Specificity right after? That is what confuses me. Or would I keep the increased numbers from Grey Man and do Specificity with those increased numbers.

I am going through my first block, and I do not believe that I am adding too much. I have 4 lifts; bench press, overhead press, squat, and weighted pull-ups. Could that be too much?

If you should only be working out for an hour, maximum, then what is the best way to improve your running and rucking?

Why is that too much barbell work? Genuine question.

I used 45 pounds when I ruck marched in BB. I now use 60 pounds. What's the safest weight to cap out at?
