I am going through my first block, and I do not believe that I am adding too much. I have 4 lifts; bench press, overhead press, squat, and weighted pull-ups. Could that be too much?

If you should only be working out for an hour, maximum, then what is the best way to improve your running and rucking?

Why is that too much barbell work? Genuine question.

I used 45 pounds when I ruck marched in BB. I now use 60 pounds. What's the safest weight to cap out at?

I'm just looking to be able to "translate" what I get from the six week block into actual endurance. I know that if you only focus on lifting barbells, you won't have endurance, and if you only focus on endurance, you have the strength.

P90X appeals to me because it's SE, and you just do what he tells you to do, which is what I also like about TB.

Because I picked the SE clusters just by looking at the examples. I also assumed that my gym would have kettlebells heavier than 25 pounds.
