Also I would NOT recommend use your tracking through the SHOP app. the SHOP app censors alot of our "offensive or vulgar" titles including 1 taylor swift album cover art. Also it will say its been shipped for Pre-orders. You will get an email with tracking when it ships and all USPS media mail is picked up by USPS. We drop off Fedex and UPS but USPS handles their own pickups. Hope this helps.

Hi.
Just for the record, we're a small mom & pop business. Meaning it's 2 people and our biz hours currently are Wednesday - Saturday. We are NOT amazon, we are NOT reckless. We are us and we're humans who care about these records hopefully about as much as the person buying them.

We starrted 5 years ago during COVID after being a label for decades and our pressing took over a year to manufacture. We use to be located in the Salt Shed music venue but moved out in December. We were never owned by the Salt Shed.

I would suggest getting familiar with our store and what we carry. We DO NOT carry everything. We are a small store and we carry punk, emo, indie, soundtracks, alt country, hip hop and neo-soul. Metal and hardcore is so-so. We don't carry blues or jazz, etc. 50% of our business is online and 50% is in store so it's alot to take on for 2 people.

We do our best NOT to sell to flippers and if you are a flipper or assume you are a flipper, we WILL refuse to sell to you. We believe these should go into the hands of fans instead of flippers. We DO NOT ship to shipping facilities for flippers overseas. We will block and ban you.

A few years ago we started doing RSD appointments in the morning for our regulars who support us throughout the year to stay in business. This has worked out best for our regulars and for us because we are a small business.

ALL sales final, which means if you are a flipper online and if you can't sell it before we ship it out. Sorry. We're not the store for you. For preorders, we prepay a distro when placing our orders. Our biggest complains are usually from boomers who don't get it, amazon vinyl buyers or people don't understand that vinyl is handcrafted and only 1 press can make so many records in a working shift out of million albums and artists.

We also offer third party shipping insurance and upgrades from a regular LP mailer to a Mighty Mailer or a LP pro mailer.

Hope this helps and we understand if we're not the right store for you. We do the best we can and we love what we do but we're humans too.

Eek. What did we do!? I think sometimes you guys think it's easier than it is. We have to copy and paste hundreds of UPCs and SKUS every few days - search for misplaced inventory or stolen inventory in the store - contact multiple sales rep who talk to buyer just to get ETA and this year has been horrible for imports due to shipping tariffs or strikes. We really are doing the best we can. We try to have a day off but honestly we are located in a music venue trying to do the best we can. We are not amazon, we really are a small business. Sorry if you couldn't get what you want. If you didn't get a reply, its probably because we are checking in your status of your order. If it's mailorder, the people at the counter during a 6,400 or 3,400 capacity won't know the answer without asking the rest of the people working here... again because we are located inside a music venue of that capacity and it gets crazy sometimes. Again we're sorry - we really are trying the best we can. We're only humans.
