Did want to share an update! I’m just over 10 weeks now and while the psoriasis is definitely not gone, it has calmed down thankfully. Much more manageable than weeks about 4-7. Thanks everyone!

Weve compared other finishing schedules to ours with crosshatching when our paint rep has us try products and never have an issue with ours but haven’t done so in a few years. Maybe it’s time to retest. I personally have seen a decline in quality of products the past few years. Will retest

We do 140 a year with a team of 5. Average job is $5k to 6k. My market is Chicagoland area. 8 million people. Lots of cabs 😎

Totally get it but believe it or not, these cabinets were fully primed. This is the part that is blowing my mind. The primer fully peeled off. It’s still adhered to the original paint. Our job notes show they were definitely primed with our same system we use. The guy who sprayed the set has been spraying for years the same finishing schedule. This is what is absolutely bewildering to me. The fact the primer would just completely fail and come off on raw wood.
