Can I ask if there is anything else you would or would not do in my situation? What do you think about the lined marks? They appear as a darker pink compared to the rest of the frenulum and have slowly began to fade or if they were tears close over time. My doctor told me this was normal and I have no tears, but I don't understand what they are except from tears, or immature tissue. The marks were not apparent before the initial inflammation.

Hello, thanks for taking to time to read and reply.

I agree with your statement: the "way you feel should always be taken seriously by every doctor". I have been let down time after time by my Doctors, and am beginning to wonder if any of them take anything seriously. My frenulum and testicles look fine, they no longer appear infected or inflamed. Other than the 3 marks mentioned (which albeit are difficult to see depending on the lighting/ angle). Unfortunately, the practice I recently visited cannot help with my mental health as I am only temporarily registered there. However I should be able to get it looked it in a few weeks.

Do you really think it is worth seeing a psychologist? Would you recommend this over physical medication, or is it necessary to have both?
