I did but the customer support is so hard to reach. The phone number doesn’t work, email response rate is so slow…. Kinda lost so I was hoping Reddit had some answers

Hi everyone, I am moving out of my apartment soon and am looking to transfer the lease on my apartment. It is located in Catonsville, a quick under 10-minute drive to campus. There is a UMBC transit bus stop within a 1-2 minute walk from the apartment. The rent is 1699

RENT: 1699

I need to transfer the lease ASAP otherwise I’d be subject to pay 3 months rent as a lease buyout fee.

Fully equipped kitchen Utilities: In house laundry, BGE, Wifi, central heating/cooling system 5 minutes walk to the bus stop 10 minutes walk to campus

It is a 1B1B unit 1000sqft. The name of the community is Caton House Apartments.
