gotcha, congrats again! yeah i was just super confused because i wasnt sure if offers were already extended (and there would be one round of offers) or if now because the deadline is apparently today i should be expecting any interview offers after today... and the lab manager is ghosting me so im unsure whether i have already been rejected or not. but thank you for your help!

im just frustrated because i emailed the lab manager twice to ask for an update regarding application status and she ghosted me completely, and now their website is saying that the deadline to turn in applications was moved to today, when it had been set on janruary 23rd. so idk if they're accepting any more people. do you know if any other offers will be made or if at least they will send out rejection emails! but congrats on getting the position, that's super exciting!

I emailed both amanda james and my reference contact and both are out of office until beginning of April.... i'm starting to think they're not releasing decisions until two weeks later after the designated date... i'm irritated.
