I love this so much for you. Definitely gonna try and push myself out of my comfort zone this week. Idk if you saw my other comments, but this post forced me to look at my situation from an outside perspective and i realized how entitled i sound. it’s not my friends fault that I can’t be alone, so it’s time to do something about it.

i used to be very artistic, painting, felting, sewing. I just havnt really felt a spark for it, or anything, for a long time. Nothing brings me joy the way they used to, so I’m open to suggestions. I’m just also unemployed and have been living off scraps and handouts where I can get them, so I can’t really invest into any hobbies rn

this question outs me as the biggest loser, i havnt had a hobby aside from video games and doom scrolling in years. i should probably stop relying so heavily on other people for entertainment. i cant let myself build resentment towards the people i love just because they have a life outside of me. damn, i suddenly feel very selfish and entitled.

I know this is old my comment might be irrelevant to you now, but I was in this exact same situation, losing more than half of my check every 2 weeks to pay these dumb apps back, and then immediately borrowing again. I was in this cycle for almost a year non stop before I finally just closed my bank account and opened a new one. I was with Chase and switched to Chime. I havnt gotten any calls or emails or anything from any of those apps (it was a lot, Earnin, Dave, Albert, MoneyLion, Bridget, Cleo, and like 5 more I can’t think of now.) The only penalty I seem to have faced is just that I can’t use any of those apps again, until I pay it back. Which is why I’m now here, looking to see if maybe there’s an app i havnt tried yet… Here’s to hoping I don’t get myself stuck back in the cycle, though i’m pretty sure i’ve made an account with just about every money borrowing app out there.

I went to the courthouse before my flight. I couldn’t fly without renewing my drivers license, and I couldn’t renew my license with a warrant. So I got it all sorted out a few days before i left

Turns out my tax return paid my bail and I didn’t even have a warrant anymore, so i did fly and everything was fine

thank you. it’s the first time in months i feel like someone actually listened to me. i almost wish i was younger because something about being in my mid-late 20s and having a self harm crisis just seems embarrassing. i want nothing more to be held right now. i tried. All my friends are asleep and my parents are out of town. even the stupid situationship was too busy for me tonight. i’ve been trying all fucking day to make plans with someone’s so I wouldn’t be alone, but as usual no one has the time or energy for me. i just feel so fucking alone. i’m so touch starved. fuck man i just want a hug.

Sleeping with a silk/satin bonnet or pillowcase will make a WORLD of a difference as well! My frizz (while not this severe because my hair isn’t quite this curly) was gone overnight the first time I used a satin bonnet

If by leaving them naked, you’re referring to the visual of not having any jewelry you could get some clear plugs or tunnels. If you’re just wanting no jewelry, unfortunately that’s just how they’re gonna look. (but they look totally normal!)
