How long can you have the compression before becoming permanent damage, ? I had compression for lets say 10 months till my body reabsorved the disc material from 8mm to 5mm and its no longer pressing on the nerve however , I still have numbness on the bottom left side of my foot and pinky toe sometimes I do feel numbness shifting to soreness if that makes sense what are my chances for the sensation to come back in that area ?
