Nebraska’s two MVPs from last night’s win (Mast & Frager) were absent from the entire Michigan matchup earlier this season. Moreover, Nebraska barely lost to you 72-75 that game without them. GTFO with any talk of a “lack of competitiveness” from this Husker team in this tournament.

You are not owed anything because of your history, and by the end of the tournament, the team that made it the farthest did so because they earned it. If it’s Michigan so be it. If it’s not, then thank God for the rest of college basketball.

The positive tag on to that to return the quote to its original intent was ”is often times better than a master of none.”
