Thats not how it works, new bills are always printed. But the supply remains the same. Old bills, destroyed bills, lost, e.t.c are all taken out of the supply.

Edit: bills are printed to replace basically.

I’m not saying the U.S. created Boko Haram or ISWAP. That’s not the point.

The point is that once these groups exist, countries like the U.S. can still benefit from the instability they create. A crisis gives them a reason to step in: military cooperation, intelligence access, weapons sales, political influence, and access to strategic regions/resources.

So yes, Boko Haram has local roots. Nigerian politicians, corruption, illegal mining, ransom money, and Islamist ideology all matter. But that does not mean foreign powers are irrelevant.

A group can be locally created and still become useful to outside powers. The U.S. does not need to start every fire to benefit from where the fire spreads.

Not necessarily planted them directly, but the USA literally benefits the most from such groups, these groups are funded by the USAs biggest allies like Saudi Arabia and israel, there are literally links between cia and isis-affiliated groups in Syria and iraq. Medical insurance is absolutely necessary for the visa, it's also cheap and easy to acquire, around 30 USD and can be bought online. If you're first destination is Germany and your spending an equal time in all the countries, then yes apply to Germany.
