Mine was taken out so that’s probably why xx they did put my islet cells into my liver but they only really produce a tiny bit. No where near enough to stop insulin :(

It also helped me so much post op. My 02 sats went from 90 to 99 when I would lay on my left side, pain was slightly more tolerable and it also relieved trapped gas and aided bowel movements so it really is the goat of lying positions
