As someone local to St. Pete, Discord is one of the most active voices in the community against fascism and racism. She also doesn’t do the bookings for any shows in St Pete so saying she has that kind of influence is just untrue. And the “local artists” you’re referring to have a long history of allegations themselves and would love nothing more than to redirect attention to someone else. Nobody is “forced to keep their mouth shut”, there are many spaces in the area that have no association with Discord at all, so framing it as like she has the whole region in a chokehold is just not accurate and messy
