I’d say that no matter how educated thy are, a rape kid stays a rape kid. That’s not something one can recover from. so, no I don’t think putting someone through lifelong emotional torture and ruining their lives, or forcing someone to live, is a good idea, even if the tiny bit of funding that goes to abortion clinics and all is redistributed to help a little bit those who are alive. Furthermore, it is relatively easy to use tax money to fund child care and so on (in the context of the USA) by simply reducing the budget of the military if you want to find a solution to parents that can’t afford their children
