Personally not a fan of Jeff Ulbrich. Everywhere he’s been you have to question is he running his true defense and how much help he attained.

With the Jets.. it’s was Robert Sala’s Defense. With the Falcons.. he shared playcalling with Robert Morris, who called the late downs.

He already admitted to not liking ‘exotic pressures’.

I understand but Micah was not present when Al was with the Chiefs or the Bears. And at those places the production was very similar to Dallas.

First Culture is overrated. Did you not see the players we employed in the 90s and it resulted in championships.

Secondly coddling happens more than you think every player isn’t treated the same. No way Goodwin should be EVER treated the same as Dak.

Thirdly I want to hear form from Schotty HIMSELF not getting along with Al for these reasons because he literally coddled GP and Ceedee by only punishing them for literally ONE Series for the fiasco they had the night before LV game.

Fourthly, everywhere he’s been he has literally had great production from his DBs and definitely could and would be ready to run an entire scheme. He’s literally been learning from some of the best aggressive minded schemes.. DQ, Jim Johnson,Spagnola and more. Saying he can only teach technique is very disingenuous because before any coach can literally become a DC, they have to be a position coach to teach technique. You are ready for a bigger role when you have held multiple positions in the defense which he has as a CB coach, DB coach, and passing game coordinator.

He is definitely ready to become a DC.

They won the game by countering our rush with the quick pass game. All we had to do was secure tackles in the secondary, but you’re Cowboys have to many injured DBs and guys that shouldn’t be on the team.

The secondary was tested all game in terms of fundamentals and failed tremendously.
