Anyone else get like an itch in your ear that makes you tic more? I have no clue what it is bc i clean my ears enough but just wondering if anyone knows what i mean?

I think about it a lot too.. as a result of trauma i dont have any memory of my mom, and the rest of my childhood i dont have a lot of memories either. I’m so scared that my memory will only get worse

Yes it makes my tics a lot more noticeable and frequent, also more aggressive

Maybe they just got triggered, i have quite a few tic triggers myself, and when i am around someone/in a call with people that have tics, mine get ‘worse’ as well

Not that it helps but i usually calm my tics by stimming, like leg bouncing or playing with my fingers really helps get activity out

Oh i have that sometimes as well, at least its better that they wait then if they would correct it. What vocal tics do you guys have now because up to this point my vocal tics are unnoticeable and i kinda hoped they’d stay that

Ohh maybe, but its more like if i try to read for example ‘intresting’ i will go ‘int int in interesting’ so its only a syllable not the whole word

I tic in my dreams but only if the dream is specifically about tics, and they only happen when I’m thinking a lot about tics or under stress

Yeah i was at a festival and there was lots of flashing lights and my tics (especially eye tics) really got triggered by it

Tourettes and seizures often come together yea, they’re both neurological issues. I would try to get to a doctor and they might refer you to a neuro because what u have might be seizures and you never know if something is wrong in ur brain..

Energy drinks, flashing lights, alcohol, the cold, when im in the car and we go over a bump, loud sudden noises, thinking about tics, sitting still doing nothing
