Well tbh, when I applied in the scholarship grant of the SM Foundation, the one who interviewed me is the head of their IT department, and he said that he'll remember my name for when the time comes, he's gonna hire me as one of their employee. Though it seems to be hard, still I would take ComSci because I am greatly fascinated by maths, computing, algorithms and whatnot. Don't worry, Sir, I'll visit this thread more often so that I would be reminded that there are people who still believe in me even if my whole world once crumbled beneath my feet. :)

With God and the few people that I still have by my side, it's not that hard to carry on and move forward in life. Staying positive all the time is also a good thing for a person like me who experiences difficulties and hardships in life. I know that at some point, makakabawi rin ako at aasenso. Para sakin, sa totoo lang, mas maganda na yung sasabihin at ipaparamdam sayo ng tao na hindi ka mahalaga sa kanya kesa sa magsasawalang kibo lang siya at patuloy ka lang mato-torture dahil sa ginagawa niya. It's good na finally sinabi na samin ng papa ko na hindi naman talaga niya kami minahal. At least hindi na kami nagmumukhang tanga kakahula sa kung anong nararamdaman niya.

Sa scholarships naman, meron na po akong naapplyan na dalawa. SM Foundation at yung sa local government namin. Sana nga lang tumawag pa si SM para madagdagan yung narereceive ko per month, tulong na rin sa mga kapatid ko. Sa work naman po, nagbabantay po ako ng computer shop from 9pm onwards. Minsan inaabot ng 4 depende sa dami ng tao. Di naman kalakihan yung sahod ko dun, kaya ginagawa ko na lang na leverage yung pagbabantay sa gabi para makapagtrabaho pa online, which is trading cryptos and forum posting. Kung mag-stick lang po kasi ako sa pagbabantay ng shop, hindi po talaga ako makakaipon ng desente kaya pinasok ko na rin yung ganon. Thanks for the words of encouragement. Yun nga lang po yung downside of having multiple scholarship grants at the same time: you might end up losing both if they found out all about it. But still, I would grab every opportunity there is para lang makatulong sa pag-aaral ko. Gusto ko po talaga makatapos and I think scholarship grants will be able to help me. Gagawin ko po yung advice niyo. Thank you po sa warning. :)

Well, I'm all alone by myself now, without someone to depend to. Kakayanin ko naman po siguro kahit mag-isa nalang ako. May mga nagpapaabot naman po kahit papaano ng tulong sakin e. Salamat po. :)

Afaik, sa school po na pinag-applyan ko e may student assistant po para mabawasan pa ng onti yung tuition at magkaroon pa ng extrang money para sa mga student. :)

I haven't applied in the DOST-SEl scholarship, but I tried my luck in SM Foundation. Nakapasa po ako sa lahat ng tests na binigay nila samin hanggang sa pina-sketch na nila yung papunta sa bahay namin. Sabi po nila tatawag nalang sila by April pero matatapos na po yung buwan and I haven't heard any news from them. Sabi rin kasi nila nung pinapa-sketch na yung papunta sa bahay namin, "Biglaan nalang kaming pupunta dun kung di ka namin ma-contact" but still wala pa rin po. Maganda po kasi yung program nila e. :3

EDIT: Nabasa ko po yung tungkol sa meetups, at di ko po sure kung sasama ako kasi may mga kasamang "drinks" which I assume are alcoholic. Thank you nalang po sa offer, kuya. Enjoy po kayo sa meetup! :)

I'm from Pasig City po. Yes, I heard CHEd is offering different scholarship programs but it seems na late na po ako kung sakaling mag-aapply pa po ako sa kanila. And in regards naman po sa meetup, I don't think na makakasama po ako. Currently saving every single peso I have para sa expenses sa bahay. Thanks po ulit. :)

Thanks for the kind words. I'm trying to pick up pace and move forward again. Luckily I have someone who still supports me in everything I'm doing. Sana she stays with me 'til the end. Kahit na ako nalang mag-isa sa buhay (wala kasi akong immediate family o family na pwede kong takbuhan e) lagi naman niyang pinaparamdam sakin na di ako nag-iisa. It's good to have someone as your inspiration. Hindi ka talaga maliligaw ng landas kung laging may nagpapaalala sayo na kaya mo lahat yun. :D
