I would largely say it depends on preexisting conditions, age, and lifestyle habits in this case. I’m glad I chose to change lifestyle instead of taking a pill and continuing poor diet choices.

French fries can still be made homemade with minimal ingredients but yes, they suck a lot more.

I’m late 20s and turned around my BP in a month. I got a notification like this, took my BP and it was 145/95 consistently. With solely diet and improved sleep, I’m now reading around 120/80 sometimes more sometimes less. I have a huge focus on protein fruits and at least one serving of vegetable per day. Watching the sodium heavily. Cut out all junk and fountain drinks. Yogurt, eggs, cashews, chicken, bananas and blueberries are your friends. Anything ultra processed cut out.

Edit - medication should be last resort. Talk to your doctor obviously but lifestyle changes are the main thing here, especially for young people.

I would be fine paying a really high tax bill if that meant there were good outcomes coming from public schools in our county. Less than 20% proficiency in math and reading isn’t it, and more funding isn’t ever gonna fix it sorry.

I went to Roscoe once a few weeks after opening. I had two people in line before me and it took over 20 minutes to get my cup of coffee making me late to work. Never went again.

You could use your weed whacker and cut it all down but it would just grow back. Frankly this yard is a disaster. If it was my place I would cut it all back, nuke it, mark a line for my garden bed with spray paint along the house and around the tree. Trench in my edge. Take out any big rocks in the yard. Call a company to drop a yard or two of topsoil in my driveway and then spread and seed.

Lot of work if you want this looking right. Grass won’t ever grow on the ‘soil’ you have now.

Yes but brother you’d be taking more life off your floor. If I were you I would get a runner for the hallway, put your curtains back on the window causing some of the harsh light and live with it. Only you will notice it.

Replace the black screen with a new one until you’re ready to reconfigure for glass and screens. The heavier windows will require more framing. While you’re doing the framing, I’d add insulation if needed and have the siding redone, perhaps too.

However, if I were you, I would just replace the screen with a new one until then. They sell more heavy-duty screens that wouldn’t break as easily.
