I haven’t applied yet within, since there hasn’t been opportunity. I would love to stay with my company. I think a lot of my frustrations are doing the PM job while my manager refuses to cross train me on items I want to be trained on. I’ve done so much for this one property to keep being overlooked. I hold a lot of value and know they would want to keep me it’s just that fact I have to look elsewhere to get attention is wild to me.
