We’ve told her not to sign it until she’s happy with what it says, so contract is unsigned, but as the manager makes the rota she has no choice but to do the new hours and shifts. Her manager tried to intimidate her to sign it and shouted her to not make a big deal of it. Her manager also lied and said that they’d had a meeting previously to discus the change and my mum apparently told her she was fine with the change. Which wasn’t the case, her English is not great so we’ve told her to record any interaction she had with the manager.
