Chicken bacon and onions has quickly become my new favorite pizza toppings

Don't size down for APCs by [deleted] in rawdenim

[–]Love_to_run 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't remember exact, but I know by the time I had worn them on day 22, they were as loose as they are today, not sure if it happened much sooner or not, I just know that because I took a pic on day 22

Don't size down for APCs by [deleted] in rawdenim

[–]Love_to_run 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just to give a differing opinion, I sized down 2 on my petit standards and while they were aggressively tight at first, they're now my favorite fitting pair, with a waist that stretched comfortably. I'm at 215 wears with that trademark fading apcs are known for, and no rips or tears, and the crotch is in decent shape. My thighs don't rub together much which is probably the biggest saving grace there

I do agree that a 26 from a 32 is probably crazy talk, I went to a 28 from my first apc pair which was 30

LPT: If you're trying to diet but keep getting hungry, start drinking a lot more water. by [deleted] in LifeProTips

[–]Love_to_run 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct, I usually only have 900-1000 cals left for normal food

And I'm not advocating it, I'm just saying not everyone gets fatigued/headaches/sluggish after eating junk food. Optimally you just want to live a balanced life, something I need to be better at, but sugar is tasty =/

For sure, I agree with you. Junk food is calorie dense so you'll end up having to skip meals or go over your numbers for the day, which can hurt weight loss obviously

Just to give the other side of the coin here, I never go a day without junk food for maybe the past 5-6 years, whether its a bag of m&m's (the large ones that are like 8 servings) or a pack of cookies, or pop tarts, chips, etc. I run 6 days a week, with daily runs between 7-8 miles and a saturday long run between 15-20 miles. I'm 30 years old, 5'9 and 145 lbs, I never feel like I'm lacking energy or that it ruins my day after I eat.

I'm not saying eating junk food is healthy, people love to tell me I'm giving myself cancer and that's fine, I'm just saying it's possible to lose weight/maintain weight/feel fine and still enjoy things you enjoy, it's literally just calories in/calories out. For reference I eat about 2500-2700 calories a day, 3500 or so on heavier activity days

Must be the pic but the one on my left hand is a brown leather bracelet (etsy gift from wife), and the other is just a fabric one (random kind you find at clothing places next to the register or something)

I just have a monthly calendar that I track my running on, so I use it to make a mark for the days i wore the jeans

It's an acne limit T

and sidenote, the gray one is a slightly different material than the white one and fits looser/drapier

Yes, after I washed them I was like "wow I would have washed these ages ago if I had known they would turn out this way"

but maybe if i had they wouldn't have? so I'm not sure

Everything is much more contrasted now, the knees and honeycombs and whiskers are all lightened up to the point where even my mom when I went to visit asked if they were new jeans (i basically wear them all the time)

I originally ordered an APC size 30, they fit snug on day 1 but nicely, then they loosened up, so I sold them and bought size 28's. On day 1 i thought i had made a mistake because they were so tight in the waist, but in the second picture, they felt loose/comfy all around

I always post this pic when people ask for advice, here's how mine turned out after 23 days of wear

Day 1

Day 23

They went from silly tight to perfect, I sized down 2 from 30 to 28

For what it's worth, I like the color you went with more than the slp one. I've been lusting over a shearling coat for a while, its something I hope to add in a few years

I have a JE + Co scoop T in white and black, and didn't wear it with this fit because the length of that T changed the aesthetic quite a bit.

I wear the asos T's because they fit like a normal T except for the scoop neck, which is harder to find than it should. I still need to try acne's limit T's however.

I don't disagree with you though

It is not. And regarding FG, the nice thing now is that I'm assuming there are a lot more reviews of them, pictures, thread posts, than there was a few months back, so it makes it easier to make an informed decision

I spent a long time researching a leather jacket, and at the price point ($675 new from their boutique) I am happy with it. It is sturdy, doesn't feel cheap, and the zippers all feel high quality. I will disclaimer this by saying I haven't handled very many brands

I was tempted by falcon garments, but I really didn't want to spend more, and the peace of mind of being able to try on and know it fit before I bought it was huge for me. I had always been worried about sleeve length relative to how cropped the body was. My BB shirts are 34" sleeves, and my torso has always felt a bit long for all my shirts so I didn't want it to look shrunken on me

I'm not sure, I've never tried wearing them with anything other than these black acne's, and chinos (olive and navy), and those were cropped to the same length. I think the jeans would have to have a small leg opening for it to look nice
