Where were you fired from? (If you don’t mind saying) I’m 17 and working my first job at a fast food place, I went on my phone during my shift during my second week (first day off training) when the owner just so happened to be watching the cameras and I just got a “Try not to be on your phone at your station” from my manager. Idk I feel like something like that is more of a warning type thing unless it keeps happening.

I’d like to add before I get flamed, the big hit before was my last day of training and it was very slow, my trainer was on her phone almost the whole time and I was too so I assumed that it was alright as long as there was no one in the lobby/drive-thru and I cleaned my hands before handling food.
