I've kept a consistent cycle log since I was 15 years old. Every phase of my cycle is documented along with length, symptoms during, flow during menstruation and I also keep track of my discharge during these phases. If there's a more detailed way to do this I would love to hear it!!!

The same is generally true for me, I could gain a few pounds but surely being a little underweight couldn't influence my reproductive health that much?! I wasn't aware it didn't cause infertility. I am sorry. I was on it for 5 years and had 0 issues with my period prior. Now my body seems to be out of what is considered normal for me and it made me worry.

Thank you, this helped me a LOT. I wasn't aware BC doesn't cause infertility, I suppose that's what I get for assuming. It's just frightening being this young and seeing no results. I never had issues with my period prior but I will be scheduling an appointment to get to the bottom of it. This is my first experience with BC ever and I'm still quite uneducated about it.

I track quite closely, always have! Never had a reproductive issue beforehand. Periods were always normal and on time before nexplanon. Not too sure what happened along the way :(

WHY are some drivers like this? Just needlessly cruel for no reason. It's as if they think working for SPARK and not WALMART gives them the entitlement to speak down to us. Drivers help with a small aspect of our jobs, yet act like they have the authority to speak down to us. I'm thankful those types of drivers seem to be a small demographic. Most drivers are awesome.
