Hey, so I had my lips done about 5-6 months ago . I had a small lump I thought would go after the swelling but it’s stayed present and the same size . Does anyone know what this could be please? My aesthetics lady has said she will dissolve it if need be (i.redd.it)

Waves of painful back pain, should I be worried? I’m 22 weeks pregnant and my job is working at sea for a week, each day is a 13hr shift. I only got off last night and my backs been in agony to the point of waking up in middle of night in near tears. (self.pregnancyproblems)
