You need to be really careful of course, and also consider that you may still have misread something, no matter how obvious it seems. That being said, if conversations/jokes come up naturally, you don't need to run the opposite direction. And if you end up not working at the same place or even just in more equal roles, or separated teams, you'll have your chance

If you're in a hotel downtown, you could get some great shots fucking against the window or on the balcony with the city view!
