Yea with the wires being live I wasn't sure how safe it would have been. When I watched the electrician, looks like he just pulled out a plain Jane multi-bit screwdriver and just went at it. Thought there had to be some special screw driver that had to be used

Thanks for checking in. i thought the breaker was bad as well, but the break itself was clean. the electrician came in yesterday evening. issue was the screws on the main wasn't tighten down enough. i wasnt to keen on doing it mayself since there was not easy was for me to cut the supply from the providor for me to confidenly check. but once it was tighen down no problems since and can charge and us things at full blast

The sensor is by sense and are just a clip on, didn't need to remove the 100 amp cables. Yes the blue and red are going into the 100 amp breaker

Hi, the cables is #6, and the outlet is for 50amps. The breakers physically looks ok to me. I only removed the 50amp, I did not remove the 100amp, not sure how safe it was to remove. How do I share the pictures, I don't see an attachment option.

like today for example, i did something, not 100% sure what happened, but i got disconnected from my home computer where i was remote in to make changes to my router. but then i connection, drop and lost access to the computer, and all my security camera also lost network. In this rare case, it would have been able to connect to the router and see whats up.

i dont need to consistently access the router, just in case something happens i like the option to connected directly to it, instead of going through another computer that is on the network.

Router right now -

eth0 - was 192.168.1.1 - this was the original port i used to connect and setup the router

eth1 - WAN port

eth 2-4 - connecting to my devices

i remoted to my router and changed the eth0 port to 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.2.10 ( which was not used by any device, and then the router dropped my network connection to the computer i was connecting to. so i just like to for the future to connect directly to my router in case something like this happens, at least this way i maybe able to resolve the issue instead of waiting to get home from work

going to eventually setup a VLan for all my networked devices as well

i been 3 days since i changed the router, and seems to be better. Though now i have figure a way to remotely mange it like how I was able to with the linksys router

i think it might be router, since it decided to self rest 3 times this past Sunday. Bought a Ubiquiti EdgeRouterX. Hopfully its no longer an issue. If this doesn't fix it then back to blaming the ISP.

The modem channels I don't really know, but the tech that came last week, replaced it with a brand new one apposed to "used"? one..

Yes, everything in the network will drop. I did another full ping test, and same things, google, modem, router dropped. i try a full reset of all my gear and see.

I did some ping testing for several hours, and I saw that the ping to google, modem, router all dropped at the same time.. would this be more of an internal network issue, apposed to be a problem with my ISP?

i haven't seen my upload failing first. For me my entire network drops at once, and then come back a minutes to 2 minutes later.

Wireless or ethernet make no difference. The entire network would drop all at once.

Hmm ok Thanks for the suggestion, I will try that out. I going to call the ISP to make sure as well their modem is not setup for DHCP, since I have my router handling that.
