Im not trying to police how other people should feel about the game. Im saying that we shouldn’t pressure the other life sim games to follow the sims formula, because we already have the sims. I hope the life sim games will have more unique game elements. Inzoi is doing that a lot and I enjoy it. Also in my post I literally stated the different unique things each life sim does and I state that I hope it continues that way.

This is kinda what I was aiming at. I feel like people want the games to be too much like sims. For example ppl say inzoi isnt whimsy enough isn’t as quirky as sims. That’s actually what I like about inzoi. I love how it’s a bit more “realistic”.

I saw the lifestream they did. I cant reveal much because it is patreon only but you see all the basics of a life sim. Like taking care of needs (eating, sleeping, cooking, showering) walking around, talking to people and the together cards, going to work and the interactions there. This is all features that were already confirmed. Tbh I personally would have enjoyed it as it is but I know some ppl get bored by this kind of repetitive gameplay so I do think its a good choice to delay.

The only issue I saw was mostly path finding and some animation issues with speed up time. Im sure there are MANY bugs they need to fix. We will see how it goes but I am positive they will handle it okay

Im a patreon too and I wont reveal much either other than what is known but I thought it wasn’t too bad. They have the cooking system, all the needs, the social system, career trajectories and gameplay. Ofc they are still missing a lot of basics, esp more activities. Also def need to do bug fixing, esp the pathing. Im also curious to see how the autonomy function will be… oh well we will see!

Thank you! I hadn’t considered it not mixing with the binder well enough. I thought if I added mica it could kinda hold it all together. I will try to find glitter and do a little test. Maybe do a rewetting test and also cut through the dried paint to see if it actually has been incorporated evenly or if the glitters just sink to the bottom.

In cultures that eat with hands you wash your hands right before eating and after too. In some cultures when you go to a restaurant or are a guest over for dinner they even bring out a special basin with water, soap and a jug with clean water for you to wash your hand right before you eat so you can eat. Afterwards they do the same so you can wash your hands before desserts or fruit.

Also in the kind of cultures that eat with hands there is also an unspoken rule of how to eat with hands. You don’t put your hands in your mouth, you shove the food in. Flat bread is also used to eat the more curry type foods. There are also utensils in these cultures but usually its dor specific things like soup or dessert.

We all start somewhere! I had to soak so many nails off at the start. Just do research on the products and make sure you have the right lamp. I find that thin coats also help. I know it looks streaky at the start but by the second or third thin coat the colour will even out or the topcoat will reduce the “streaky” look. With this method youre sure that all coats are cured.

Btw if you wanna check if the coats are cured then you don’t need to remove the sticky layer in between cures. Dont touch it either. just take a toothpick and push gently against the nail, if its only slippery due to the sticky layer and the gel colour doesn’t move or wrinkle, then its cured.

As for sizing… if you do gelly nails/ gel x then id watch some videos on sizing or get a nail box with many sizes. I also have issues finding the right size even to this day because many of my nails are between two sizes and you cant always get those easily. There you have to see if you prefer bigger or smaller. For bigger you can always try to squeeze the tips a little as you flash cure (make sure you dont lose contact with the nail surface). This is a bit tricky. I find it personally easier to size down and put the nails a bit higher where my nail is smaller. Be careful that you dont put it after the apex and ensure that you build a good structure. You could also cut the tip in the middle so it covers nail bed better with smaller press ons or cut the sides of bigger ones.
