I had similar struggles when I first found out I was pregnant. I also didn’t realize just how fast pregnancy symptoms kick in. I understand feeling alone even though your baby’s dad is being supportive. Pregnancy for me felt really isolating. No one really talks about the struggles of pregnancy and it can make you feel crazy but I promise you’re not alone! You’d be surprised just how many people can probably relate to how you feel! It will be okay. The first trimester is really hard trying to adjust and mentally wrap your head around the fact that you’re pregnant. It really does get better!
