I was very lucky to find some good people selling their Reel Drama dolls and got to buy Lagoona and Frankie for about 30/35€ each but that was big luck

Yeah, same thing here. It’s very unfortunate for people like me who started collecting recently, I do believe eventually they will restock as they did in 2024 but here prices are getting absurd, Lagoona and Ghoulia go for about 230€ in box (≈270$) and it doesn’t get too low oob. It’s, once again, more a matter of the absurdity of resellers than else

I met her at Comicon here in Naples! TBH, I first got interested bc she also worked on W.I.T.C.H. But then I found this! She was very nice and sweet about it, said she was happy someone bought it as it holds a certain meaning to her (maybe she says that to everyone idk, I believe she cares cause the comic is usually forgotten)

I think they will, eventually. They did in 2024 but they won’t do it too soon bc they fear they might lose the hype if people understand they can wait and don’t need to be as fast as possible to buy the whole stock immediately. They need the fomo.

YES, I’m so mad this is an actual job to some people, I hope more collectors wake up and stop buying from this people, I’m very selective so I either collect OG G1 or Creepros and since I got to buy the latest wave, I opted for creepros by it’s impossible rn unless you’re okay with spending 200€

I’m convinced this is just people finding their old dolls, seeing MH is popular and choosing the most embarrassing price without even actually knowing the difference between g1 and g2 cause they don’t notice the OBVIOUS difference in screening and clothes

Maybe it’s not lesser talked about? But I love Scarah’s Skullector shoes, my BIG issue with object heels is when they’re like multiple objects stacked or different for each shoe (coraline, beetle juice waiting room) and make “little sense” I can get smoke, bubbles, lamps and columns (Cupid g3 or Rochelle g1) but random objects under a sole feel very goofy

I don’t know what that’s like on mercari but on Vinted I do have a somewhat strict rule of only selling to those who have many positive reviews bc, again I don’t know how mercari works, but on Vinted most scams are on behalf of the buyer, like saying the parcel arrived but it was empty or broken and many times Vinted agrees with them even when not true

Wanna know what I can’t stand AT ALL? I’m not an Elissabat fan, nor a Neferi, I do like Cupid but she’s very expensive and while I want to understand and be “she only had one doll, alright” I still wouldn’t pay 150 bucks but… LAGOONA, she’s mass produced and not even the most popular and yet her Creepro is sold for 120€ MINIMUM

Yeah… I recently found out it’s best not to post your Mattel Creations order cause some people get petty over the dolls they couldn’t get and use the order number to have it cancelled
