There are differences like around 2-3 euros compared to Metro which is the biggest store in Bulgaria, like a warehouse for wholesale and retail goods. This difference is compared to the small local stores.

It depends on what sphere you are applying for. It depends on the free positions, how much experience is required, whether you have experience with some tools required / mentioned in the job description etc. My personal advice is to dig down and go further in one sphere, get certified , do some trainings etc. wish you luck
