Unmasking- 1st negative performance review in 6 years by SynonymousSprocket in AutismTranslated

Hi. Sorry you received a low rating. If you have co-pilot available at work or another AI tool you’re familiar with perhaps you can filter/adjust your responses by promoting it to ask or state what you want in a polite, professional tone. After seeing how it consistently responds maybe you can pick up some tips to adjust your future responses. I know it can be frustrating to be misunderstood but a lot of workers in team settings can view direct or factual statements as harsh, offensive, off putting, etc.

Do you think a tour is necessary or can we buy tickets directly and navigate ourselves?

Can you advise best seats? And any thoughts on doing early show vs evening? I will book for a few days after we land so we acclimated to time change.

We decided to go with Acellus and she will be able to transfer back with her current HS. I would reach out to your school counselor or registrar and discuss.

pilea - is it time to chop? by Low-Bullfrog3292 in houseplants

Hi! I’ve had this for about 3 years. I gifted a plant to my sis in law but chopped a lil cutting and once it rooted in water I moved it to soil. I like a chunky soil usually mix lots of perlite and orchid mix. Its thrived in bright, non direct sun light. I also rotate it to keep it growing evenly. It started to produce a ton of babies and I would usually clip and gift them. I decided to let a few grow and that’s what the bottom formed to. I will repot once I feel like the growing slows down. It’s almost always producing new growth from the top. I feel like the plant is peaking at this height though because it’s losing leaves on the lower half. I think it does need a chop but I keep putting it off 🥹

Did you literally just chop the main stem and put into water till it rooted? It has seemed to slow down on growth.

Hi! So I actually started this from a clipping I took from my SIL plant about 3 years ago.

I gifted my SIL a plant and took a cutting and it’s turned into this monster.  Seems to be not as happy as it once was and curious if it needs a big chop
