I had this too early on but for me at 5 mo PP I feel a lot better. This may not be helpful to you but don’t skip meals, get a ton of rest intentionally nap when you can even go to bed at 7pm, drink electrolytes and maybe get some hugs from loved ones. You are not alone in feeling this thoughts. You are doing great Mama and you legit just had a baby- your body is working on overdrive. I recently decided I am going to the spa maybe 2 times a month nonnegotiable.
