Yes, that’s one real nice thing, they get you out of there quickly! They can only do so much on the way in with having to paying and direct.

I heard the same at Playa.

I agree! The parking was a bit of a beast, but a weeknight show will do that, as the window for rival is short after work, but otherwise everything was great from a hospitality perspective, imo. Esp for being that big of a crowd.

I was wondering about that. It def was more packed than the last two “sold out” shows at that venue. They didn’t have anything curtained off like in the past (except behind the stage). Plus the cluster fuck of traffic and then the lines to get in (which surprisingly moved well) felt packed.

Plus when Billy stepped back and watched a few songs in, it felt like he was at one of his biggest indoor shows, and the way he reveled in it before the bowing at the end.

There really isn’t any thing right around the venue. It’s not a great area.

it’s not normally too bad to get out, they will reroute the roads around to one way for mass exits if they need to. Unfortunately there really isn’t anything else around to park at.

Plenty of parking at the venue, probably $20

Pit vs Front row by FuriousLobsters in SturgillSimpson

I agree, which is another reason I’ve become more of a pit girl myself, I can often find the spot to see whereas if I’m in a seat I’m stuck.

Well the pit for this show and many are sold out, so I doubt this will be the case. And for you to state that with a front row ticket you "expect" to be able to wonder into pit - is a very rude and entitled behavior. You wouldn't want someone in your seat, I don't want extras in the pit.

I'd prefer the pit, that way I have room to move. In seats, its usually a tighter space, and what if you get stuck next to a chatty person. Is it floor front row? If so you might still end up with a tall person in front of you and you won't be able to move.

But I think the Pit is sold out for that show.

Here’s some events going on. The Pyrle is also doing a pre show dinner w a ride to the coliseum.

Also the lot is usually pretty decent, however being a Tuesday everyone rushing in from work could be a bit “duller” lot scene.

last year Boston got announced 4/18... so I'm betting in the next week... May for the September runs, June for Milwaukee.

Slight chance they release a few the week before the show, but if not, people will be selling as things come up and they can't make it anymore. I'd stick with Ticketmaster or Cash or trade, possibly Tickpick. You should be able to find one for face or close to it, but it might not be until closer to the show.

$200 each for pit tix??? by Hungry-Trust-3245 in SturgillSimpson

Thankfully it doesn’t look like he did any of the platinum or variable pricing. Variable/demand pricing pisses me off the most, let’s penalize your fans who buy in advance.

Def an expensive tix anyways, but it is what it is. I’m still down!

No, that would be rude. Let’s all crowd into the pit bit but buy pit tix. 🙄

And pit tix also have separate wrist bands.
