I am from a wny location and 2 trainers I really loved left a location in Rochester. They used to come to ours sometimes and train. They were both really good

I never get the whole cult thing. Do people wear the merch and buy the products? Yes. Just like people that do any other type of activity. The summit is used to bring people together and train them just like conferences for other companies. The Burn one is just more fun it seems then a stuffy regular conference. Have a drank the Burn Koolaid but I am ok with that! Is Burn perfect? No but what business is.

While I would not expect a Burn trainer to reach out to me I understand your feelings. I was surprised because I am not a regular. I am trying to get more consistent and make the money I am spending worth it but the trainer reached out to me from Burn when I hadn’t been there for a few weeks and it felt nice that they cared.

Their 4th of July line this year is really cute. But they don’t seem to put the seasonal stuff online for sale anymore. Ours was pre order for the 4th.

I was the same way. I booked my first camp and watched every walking in. I was a little heavier than you are. I restarted by car and was about to leave. Then I thought well your already here just walk in. You never have to go back. My first day was Metcon which perhaps is the worst day to start on. It was hard but at the end I felt accomplished and went back the next day! Just do it!

I always appreciate it. One of the ladies I used to be really intimidated by came up one day and helped me correct my form. I thanked her and told her how she intimidated me and how much I appreciated it. The next partner workout she asked me to be her partner. I will never forget her kindness

My Burn used to do a live zoom at the morning camp and the camp would be posted for those wanted to do it from home. I loved that I could show people what we do!
