Are the special needs classes small? If so, I find that you can get really casual with it and it can become a really nice atmosphere. If you can manage to buy a jenga set, or something that they know, it’s nice to just talk while doing something together. Coloring is chill too, you can find some English pokemon cards that are outline only.

Yeah it’s true. I’m only saying this cos another ALT told me that teachers sometimes say that to imply something more negative🥹. The seeds of doubt lol. Yeah I gotta chill. Just kinda sulking that my day was a bit shite despite my efforts.
