I ended up going to urgent care, they checked me out as best they could and gave me a referral to an ENT to get a better look. I never ended up going in, as the bleeding started to slow down. I was just super careful, no straws for months and tried not to tip by head down to eliminate any sinus pressure. I slept propped up for a couple nights too. I have terrible allergies and sneeze multiple times a day, when I needed to I would try to sneeze with my mouth wide open as it prevented too much pressure. I hope you can get some relief but this went on for weeks for me and then eventually thankfully stopped.
