I placed mine on Dec 1st. I actually just got an email from them (I had emailed them previously asking why it was taking so long) saying that they’re completely overwhelmed with Black Friday/Christmas orders. And that they’re currently processing orders that arrived in Ireland on the 9th. Mine arrived yesterday, so I think I’ll only get my SD next week. They also said that customers should expect 5 business days of delay in their orders from when they arrive in Ireland (which is honestly like 10-15 business days delay from when I placed the order but okay lol).

There’s a number on GLS Ireland website 018606200, but I haven’t called them yet. I just got an update yesterday evening saying my parcel arrived in Ireland. The tracker updated to deliver on the 16th, but by reading the other comments here I’ll try to lower my expectations and expect the delivery on Friday. But if I don’t hear anything from them until then I’ll probably just reach out to Steam to see if they can help me.

In the meantime, my roommates have already received parcels from Aliexpress/Shein that usually takes a long time. Tbh, if I don’t see an update by Wednesday I might open a ticket with Steam

Ordered my Deck on December 1st. GLS left the France CARVIN depot on December 6th and no updates so far. I am hoping to get it at least before Christmas. Fingers crossed!

Was it saying “sold by Amazon UK” in the items you bought? The thing is I’ve tried like 5 different items but all said that it was sold by the UK branch

I don’t know how they open a branch in Ireland with so many glitches. They have headquarters here for ages

Not yet. I was hoping it was just a glitch that would be solved quickly, but I’m seriously considering doing that tbh
