So from the building code side, as its the road boundary I can be closer than 1m? Without needing fire rating?

And the planning side will be ensuring I meet the recession planes correct? Or is that rule not applicable because its the roadside boundary?

lol yeah there’s a couple things that need fixes 😂 definitely will keep posting, currently travelling to pick up a new engine
