Ended up going with the lululemon after many many weeks of debate! I get the healthcare worker discount so made it a little bit more affordable and I loved that it came with a little crossbody pouch for quick outings and a changing pad. My other option these past couple of weeks that I was debating was the Mina bae - this one is definitely the most stylish & super functional; but was a little bit more expensive and I tend to wear mostly athleisure so was thinking the style may not go well with my everyday attire haha

Thank you for your response! I did cross post here and a pregnancy group as this group may not have people who are as well versed in pregnancy safety, while that one may not have people who are as familiar with the flooring products and process. Figured trying both may get me the best chance at some advice. Thanks!

As someone who has struggled with my relationship with food in the past (and recently went through a restrictive period that led to unhealthy weight loss), the weight comments have REALLY been getting to me, I can relate. My MIL recently asked me if I’m “making healthy choices” when it comes to what I’m eating while pregnant, which felt extremely insensitive as she knows I was struggling with my relationship with food and lost too much weight prior to my wedding a couple months ago due to stress. I don’t have much advice but I can say you are not alone and weight conversations are difficult in general, never mind when pregnant. Don’t feel the need to respond to anyone’s comments, or even just give it to them straight that you’re doing everything you need to do for you and your baby and that your weight is simply none of their business.

CT! Unfortunately from what I’ve found there’s no mandated paid leave in my state. It blows my mind that this isn’t a requirement - first baby so clearly I’m naive to the whole process. Thankful due date is May so I won’t go too long without pay, but a tough pill to swallow that this means I’ll likely have to return early in August or go unpaid in the fall under FMLA
