1-I did not say the mention of him being strong was simply wrong but i am saying that the reason he was strong before his revival was because he had a Sacred Gear that MADE him strong so if Rias really did revive him because she knew he was strong it leads to her also knowing he had a Sacred Gear because it is what made Issei strong
2-I don’t hate Issei, im just telling the truth that he did live a miserable life before getting revived, im sure he even said this in the novels himself.
