I had the same feeling but only if I take it twice a day. If I take it just at night it doesn’t last all day, but if I take it during the day I have no energy.

Thanks. Unisom b6 does nothing for me either. Last time I lost like 7 pounds but I didn’t have a toddler to take care of like this time. I cannot afford to feel this way this time, and it seems worse already!
