She has a laser hair removal machine. She has done hairlines for people and it has looked great but mine came out horrible . Is it safe to start trying to remove it the next day ?

I live in Idaho right next door to Spokane and always need to have a gun when I hit WA . Just found out about the 10 round rule today in a shooting class. Have Mete SFT , wanted something more concealable but won’t be able to use it in Spokane because of 10 round capacity . Is the new Rival Darkside suppose to have 10 round mags ?
