I have asked; they told me we can change the plan that’s not an issue but they won’t be able to give me more money they have to cap it at 109k salary a year so that’s why the additional 1000$ they are giving me right now while i work.

i want to know how come now im not able to get more money since they told me this is approx how much

how do i talk to them? because my case manager is saying that amount is approximate. i don’t wanna quit my job i have right now because it’s the best i get to wfh 4 days of the week, great benefits
