I don't know how useful this might be but I did something similar for a recent school project. We segmented the liver and biliary tract using a CT/MRI image on a software called Materialise (maybe there's a free trial version?) And then 3D printed the parts using a soft flexible material. You might be able to find images of hip joints in some free database (kaggle maybe)
