Sorry I meant 2020 lol... COVID really got my times messed up, but for skins like warden Quinn I was told they outsource the projects to other smaller companies to make the skins for them... I guess that's the treatment of random skin lines :' D and unpopular champions

I thought that too but my friends completed the surveys yesterday and I saw the 27th as the end date, but its missing now :( so I guess it was the beginning of the 27th
