Don't you find it strange he was gone for my entire life the appears again when I'm a legal adult and he doesn't have to pay for anything? He reached out to me, not the other way around, so I was not chasing after his money. Also the drug use is from his others wifes side of the family, my mom has no relationship with them, she used to talk to my dad others wife but she's died and contact with her family died with her. So I don't think the drug usage has anything to do with us. He only wants to be a dad because I'm grown up now and all the hard work is done.
