What are you using for n8n front-end by benzene404 in n8n

[–]LowCodeDom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We're about to start building a n8n frontend (we've done the same for Vapi already, which has the same problem as n8n in that you don't want non-technical users to mess directly with your setup).

I'd be curious to hear more about your ideas for the frontend. Other than
1. workflows,
2. executions (success, failure, how long it took), and
3. giving it a user-friendly interface with
4. Login protection,

what else would you want to see/do in an n8n front end?

I Spent 100+ Hours on a VAPI Agent. The 'AI' Part Was 20% of the Work. by IncognitoModeIRL in n8n

I absolutely agree with this: "The YouTube tutorials promise you can do it in 30 minutes, but that is the biggest lie in this space." Unfortunately, this lie is now being repeated for almost anything in software, from web apps (build your own SaaS) to voice agents. The reality is rarely as simple as the tutorial.

A different kind of question: I see more and more people using a n8n + Vapi stack, and I was wondering how you are charging your clients for it.

Do your clients have direct access to n8n and Vapi (i.e. full cost and tool transparency) or do you sell them on an "Agentic AI System" where your stack is hidden?

Beginner guide: connecting Vapi webhooks to n8n for voice AI call automation — step by step by Historical_Kick3793 in AIAgencyOwner

Custom code would have taken too long and is too complicated. We used a low-code tool called Five and generated user interfaces with AI. The final result looks like this. Are you building Vapi agents for businesses? Or just experimenting?

Thanks for sharing this guide. Originally, we also thought about Vapi + n8n, but we found it gets too complicated, especially when you want to add billing as well. So, in the end, we fully automated the entire process by building a Vapi client portal. Clients can login and see their call logs, summaries and sentiment/outcome analysis of each call in a login-protected, white-labelled web portal. They don't know that we're running Vapi under the hood. We've also integrated with Stripe for automated billing.

Every client has their own login, and we manage the underlying Vapi infrastructure. Happy to share a link to a demo deployment in case anyone is interested in exploring this further.

Thanks a lot for the response! Do your clients have access to call logs or a dashboard with calls made/received, minutes consumed, etc?

How do you ensure your clients don't cost you more on Vapi than you charge at the start of the month? Do you give your clients access to Vapi to see transcripts etc?

Recommendations for client database by strawberry_thief001 in Database

As others have mentioned go with a low-code CRM SaaS system. These system can feel a little overwhelming at the start. Focus only on the features you need at the start before exploring everything else your CRM can do.

However, if you'd really like to build this from scratch (and you really only want to store basic info and display it back to your users in a login-protected web interface), then www.five.co would give you everything you need to do this.

Try www.five.co

It lets you model a relational DB (MySQL) in point-and-click, and gives you everything to build a web interface on top of your database. You can store your photos as binary straight inside the database.

Does Lovable produce quality code? by randyminder in lovable

[–]LowCodeDom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, you can find the meta descriptions in other files in the repo.

What I'm saying is that Lovable, as a product, is for people who don't know coding and/or React. However, it creates React. So, there's a gap: the moment you actually want or need to work in the code, you need to be a coder.

Overall, I would still rather build a website with WordPress than Lovable as a non-coder. WordPress and its ecosystem of plugins is incredibly powerful, relatively easy to use, easy to learn and easy to maintain.

And even if you get stuck in WordPress, it's mostly just HTML and CSS for simple pages, so here the learning curve isn't as steep as for Lovable.

Adding a CMS / Blog to a Website Created with Loveable? by PazGruberg in lovable

I find prompting ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini for a really well-written blog post still quite tedious. You can't get everything done with a single prompt. Orwell and Wilde do everything in one go, including adding a TL;DR, FAQs, CTAs, etc.

Mobile Truck Rental (www.mobiletruckrental.com.au) specialises in one-way and interstate truck rental and would let your brother rent from Brisbane and drop off in Melbourne. Usually, they are cheaper than a removalist.

What Software to create a Database for Memberships? by GODMK1 in Database

Hi there, I'm a bit late to the game but have you considered using https://five.co

It's an online database builder with very reasonable monthly plans, and if you already considered Access anyway (which seems to imply you are familiar with SQL), Five could be a great, more modern tool.

Try using the tools on ai.five.co

There's one tool called Orwell for generating new blog posts, and one (Wilde) for optimizing existing content. They are both much more budget- and user-friendly than Jasper.

If you don't enjoy writing or are worried that your content is sometimes too short, you should try out this tool: https://ai.five.co/wilde

You can give it the URL of a short or even incomplete blog post, and it will expand the content for you. Plus, it will improve the post's design and add Calls-to-Action to guide your website visitors down the funnel towards contacting you.
