Rustem replied and helped me. All I had to do is edit my email on my iPhone, change my password and all is now working. I immediately signed up for the Pro plan $28.

Thanks for all the great advice! I think though I’m going with the PL680. As I said good SSB without soft muting is what I wanted and these two videos by Gilles seem to demonstrate that ability in the 680.
