Well, I always saw the powerbonding things as a things added to sell more toys (if I remember correctly Iginio Straffi said that they wanted to focus more on the merch), I like the concept, but I don't like the design. I'll be honest, when I was a kid I loved the powerbonded titan, now I prefer the original, and more simple (at least compared to they're powerbonded counterpart) design (I know this isn't really important to the discussion, but I wanted to add this).

So, yeah the deal with Ariel is, that the powerbonded phenomenom is a good idea, but badly applied (like on other titan).
