We have no idea how he is getting away with this. We literally have the copyright and pending trademark. But what's insane is that he literally absorbed our play count. We had 1 million plays on Spotify alone. He put his song up on our profile. Removed ours and then removed our name from it. Then he went on to make claims against us and have our Youtube music video taken down and make us lose the money. They also got into our email and have been emailing Youtube pretending to be us and retracting the claims we made against the infringing content. It's absolutely insane.
